Albinia Class Chart
For my own sanity and organizational purposes, this is a sign up sheet for the various class information Albinia will have.
The First Class Organization Post, before Albinia had her own journal.

Levels
Remedial: Your character knows nothing or next to nothing on the subject and has to be taught from the ground up.
Basic: Your character has a good working knowledge, such as high school or some basic college classes or maybe they just watched a ton of Bill Nye.
Advanced: Your character has done extensive study or is some sort of genius and want to learn some advanced stuff so they can do proper research.
Lessons on Nature
This will be a mix of lab and lecture class. A lot of the time, there will be hands on studying of actual samples of nature, with dissections or other forms of experiments. This is offered to the populace as a whole and there will be notes taken during the labs. The lecture comes in where Albinia uses those notes and her own to teach the class as a whole what everyone has gathered to understand Nature as best to their ability.
Price
For classes, there will be a requirement of doing some daily chore in Albinia's name. It must be done most days. You can miss a day occasionally, but basically it'll be a daily thing. If you're taking multiple classes, either it needs to be a bigger chore, or a couple of small daily chores.
For nature, someone will need to bring in some of those samples and that can be used as payment too.
Safe Sample - Two lessons. You know, things that aren't trying to eat you directly.
Dangerous Sample - Five lessons. So those things ARE trying to eat you.
Extremely Dangerous Sample - Ten lessons. Basically you bring in something that gets all of Albinia's judging because what the hell, that was an insane thing to go after, but I suppose it's a good sample anyway.
Assistants
You can be a teacher assistant! Instead of paying for lessons, you will be acting as a teacher assistant because you have some expertise in the field and want to share your knowledge. You can also use this to ask Albinia for stuff because it's basically a tribute to her.
However, you will need Albinia's personal approval to be an assistant teacher, so expect an interview before hand. Which probably needs to be thread out because it's Albinia.
Timing
I am not a teacher nor an expert in these scientific fields. So a lot of lesson stuff will be handwaved and I'll only occasionally do a post of lessons if enough people want them.
For general classes, there will be a lesson twice a 'week' for two hours. So two days for chemistry, two days for biology, two days for physics. Subjects will be taught on the same day, such as all three chemistry classes will be taught in succession on the same day as will biology and physics.
Nature will be done for however long the lab and/or lecture lasts on the 'seventh' day, but it won't last more than four hours.
Lessons Themselves
Albinia is very much not an emotional person, so don't expect a lot of jokes. The best you will get is, perhaps, the occasional snarky comment. Unless someone is really motivated to annoy her, in which case they get the ice queen treatment. For those keen enough to notice, during lessons will be the most passionate you see her. For those not keen, she will seem like the same lineface as always. She will be quick to stop disruptive behavior, but she will be fair. There won't be anything harsh, but maybe a little embarrassing depending how bad you are. She will, however, do her best to make sure you understand what she's teaching and will take any questions after class. If she has to find five different ways to explain it, she will.
For the general classes, basically think real world stuff. If you were taking those sort of classes for real, what would you really be learning? Remedial's goal is to get people up to high school level understanding, basic is to get it so they really know it, and advanced is teaching you to be able to make innovations in the field possibly.
There will be a mix of lecture and experiments as well. Whatever she finds works best with the students as a whole.
Nature is a bit more iffy. For those, a lot of the handwaving classes will basically be teaching you all the information that is on the Nature post. You'll know the uses, you'll know the dangers, and all of that. To find out anything special will be a Nature lesson I post about and involve me getting some sort of permission for it from the mods.
